DIABLO SINGLE BARREL AÑEJO CRISTALINO

TEQUILA CAYÉYA

A rare gem, this Añejo undergoes a unique 18-month aging process before a final filtration to remove all the color. The tequila is aged 6 months in American oak, 6 months in French barrels before a final 6-month finish in American oak (6-6-6). With only 1200 bottles produced, its bright and subtle flavors are crafted for sipping and savoring. Incredibly smooth, it offers an unparalleled drinking experience, appealing to connoisseurs seeking refinement and complexity.

Tequila Cayéya Single Barrel Añejo Christalino is our most dangerous tequila to date. The distillate embarks on a transformation, maturing initially within a singular American White Oak cask for a span of 6 months before being transferred to a French Oak Cask for 6 months to before being returned to an American Oak cask for another 6 months. Zandra takes one step further with this distillate by charcoal filtering the color out - the result - a beautiful expression of agave with a refreshing, long lasting finish. Each bottle bears the distinction of a designated barrel and batch number, showcasing the ABV, and the signature of our esteemed Female Master Destiladora, Zandra Gomez. The culmination of these efforts spans a total aging period of 18 months, each moment a testament to the meticulous dedication invested in crafting this prized spirit. It’s important to note that we are releasing this extraordinary tequila once, a testament to the intricate production process required to bestow this coveted spirit upon you.
